What you can expect to learn

Week 1

Welcome Circle, Vision & Values

Get crystal clear on your life vision so you can start moving towards your biggest and best life. Discover what lights you up, connect to the woman you truly want to be and find out what your core values are so you can start living in true alignment with her.

Week 2

Fear

Learn how to face and feel your biggest fears so you can get unstuck and start showing up as the best version of YOU. Dive deep into the three fears, discover your core fear and your mind strategies you have created to avoid the fear. Start the process of facing, feeling and healing.

Week 3

Integration & Self Love

Integrate and embody all your learnings and support your nervous system with a beautiful breathwork masterclass with Nicola Laye.

Week 4

Deep Seeded Beliefs

Gain mastery over your mind by starting to discover how it shames, blames, compares, judges and criticises you – cheeky things they are right?! Learn powerful tools to be able to support yourself to create your new story and to gain mastery over your thoughts so you can experience more freedom, joy, happiness and contentment.

Week 5

Who the bloody hell am I?

If I’m not my thoughts and I’m not my feelings then who am I? In this week we learn all about the mind body connection and how to become the awareness behind our thoughts and feelings.

Week 6

Integration & Matrescence

Integrate and embody all the resources and tools you have gained throughout the course. We speak with Australia’s leading Matrescence educator and course creator, Nikki McCahon. We all go through adolescence but have you heard about the transition from woman to mother? In this masterclass we learn all about this amazing subject which supports us to bring more acceptance and surrender to motherhood and the role we play in it.

Week 7

Feelings and Emotions

In this module we expand beyond happy, mad, angry and sad. When we start to expand our knowledge on our feelings and emotions we can expand our worlds. Learn how to identify an array of feelings, how to support yourself to feel them safely, and how you can use all of these amazing tools to support and to deepen your relationships with your children, partners, and others in your life.

Week 8

Boundaries & Closing Circle

Bring together everything and learn how to set boundaries in all areas of your life. Setting boundaries on ourselves, others, work, relationships etc supports us to move towards our vision and helps to keeps us in alignment with what really matters to us.

"Before I started working with Courtney I was sitting with so much shame & guilt, with no concept on really how to ‘feel’ my emotions. I had spent my entire life running away from my emotions, distracting myself from them and always being the ‘strong’ one.
I had a lot of trauma from my past relationship but also was feeling a lot of shame around being a single mum and having a high needs child – I felt as if I was just failing at life because I wasn’t living up to the societal expectations of what a ‘normal’ and ‘good’ life is.

Working with Courtney was life changing, I started to realise that most of what I was feeling was just a story, something I was telling myself but also something I had the power to change. I was able to look at my upbringing and understand why I felt the shame and guilt and why I struggled with my own emotions so much. Looking back at myself as a little girl, the one that should be seen and not heard, the one that should just be grateful and the one that never saw emotion from her own parents. Understanding WHY I was like this as an adult helped me to see how I could make changes.

Courtney has such a warm and soft presence about her, she has a beautiful ability to connect, to listen and to ask the right questions that make you search deeper and go beyond ‘surface level’. I have tried this ‘inner work’ in the past and never had such a significant and powerful response than I have had with Courtney. Meet Courtney

Mum, Wife, Adventure lover, and Women’s Mindset Transformation Coach

Courtney has always had a burning desire to help inspire and empower women to be the best they can be. In 2013 she started Australia’s first women's triathlon club (TriBabes) which ignited her passion and purpose to be of service to others.

In 2016 she became a Mum. She felt as if she was starting to lose herself and didn’t feel happy and content with the amazing life she had created. In 2019 her baby girl was born and this was her catalyst for deep inner work and transformation. She no longer knew who she was, she isolated herself, she felt numb to everything and lived with a sense of “Ground hog” day wishing her life away.

Then she decided to listen to that little voice within and started to heal so she could feel again.

Now a certified coach and practitioner of Neuro-Lingusitic Programming, Emotional Change Technique, Hypnosis, Matrix Therapies and Inner Work.

Her mission is to support as many women as she can to be able to show up as the best version of themselves so they can be a light in the world, and share their light with their children and loved ones. Healing together to create a better world for future generations.

Courtney works with clients one on one to support them in their breakthroughs, she has created the Awakened Woman Online Course and the group program “Feel it to heal it”.

Matrescence educator, women’s life cycle guide and host of the Dear Mama podcast - When a baby is born, so too is a mother. Both are vulnerable, unsteady and trying to make sense of this new world. Becoming a mother unravels us, and reweaves us. It leaves no woman as it found her. It cracks us open, takes us to our edges. It’s both beautiful and brutal, often at the same time. This transformation has a name - matrescence.

"Choosing to sign up to the “Awakened Woman” Inner Work Coaching Program with Courtney is one of the best decisions I’ve made to date. I saw a psychologist last year and had success and lots of improvement and felt I no longer needed support in that way/to that degree but was very much left with a sense of needing and wanting more. Wanting to really self explore, do more inner work and continue personal development. I wasn’t sure where to look or how to explain what I was needing. Fast forward 6 sessions later, and almost halfway through my six month coaching program I feel like a different person. With a new perspective on life and an entirely different mindset. I feel more grounded and connected to self. I find joy, fulfillment and purpose in everyday. I make decisions that align with my values, I am aware of my “stories” and fears. I wake up everyday and move towards living “my best day ever”. I chose to do what the best version of me would do. I can honestly say I am actively living a more intentional, awakened life. I am practicing presence and gratitude, in a way I never would have been able to previously. I am so grateful to Courtney."
