Here is everything you need to know about The Worthy Woman Group Container:

The Worthy Woman Group Container starts Wednesday the 15th of March and will run for 8 weeks
Weekly Sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 11:30am AEST and will run for 60-90 minutes (All sessions will be recorded and emailed out to all Worthy Women within 12 hours of the live)
Private Worthy Woman Facebook Group for ongoing support and accountability over the 8 weeks
Access to Coaches, Courtney and Janne via the private Worthy Woman Facebook Group to ask questions in between sessions
Meditation and breathwork recordings to support your understanding and integration of concepts and processes
Pre and post session journal prompts for deeper inquiry into your self discovery of The Worthy Woman that you already are
